New LoCo teams get them from shipit, as do all teams (however approved teams get special consideration and usually more CDs). You'd make your request to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
You'll have the best chance at getting a favorable result if you mention the team as well as describe the event(s) you'll be needing the CDs for, as opposed to just asking for CDs. Depending on how many CDs you need, you may still find yourself burning and labeling ones as well. Last event we needed 500+ CDs, but only recieved 150.
