Hi, The Belgian team developped "Ubuntu support points map": A map of local Ubuntu users who volunteer to support new Ubuntu users with official installation sets, demonstrations and first installation help. See it working on http://map.ubuntu-be.org.
We have now already 321 volunteers! You can download it and translate it through launchpad: https://launchpad.net/support.points.map Good luck!
