Let's say that someone was an idiot and managed to delete the e-mail with the password to a loco mailing list. Let's go a little further and say that the cd that holds the backup that would have a copy of that e-mail has gone missing. And let's top it all off by saying the idiot is terribly sorry and really needs to get a new password for that mailing list.
