Well, my main roll is to make sure meetings stay on agenda, sanction
people to take charge of their own projects and give them a sense of
entitled authority that they might not feel otherwise. There is no
master or manager of a volunteer group, but a leader is a very useful
position. Even if it's one just to take blame when things blow up.
