Isn't that the job of the LoCo Community Council? I'd admit I've not heard much from them, what their doing seems all very cloak and dagger. But reasonably if any group of people was best placed to be trying to create and setup the tools that LoCos need to function better it'd be them.
Perhaps their mandate isn't sufficiently broad. Perhaps the anarchy between loco groups is a good thing. I know I'd like to see more collaboration; not least because some of the projects I'm doing are LoCo software projects, for solving some of the problems our LoCo team has run into. And these things could do with help from others with a vested interest. I've talked with Mr Alan Pope before today about this issue. I've not heard since our initial exchange.
