Lost in the sands of time ;-) there were default shipments that included a
portion of 64-bit CD's.  We didn't explicitly order them, but we got them.
 (Not many, as I recall, and we didn't have a whole lot of use for them.
Still don't, though I expect that may change before the next LTS.)
