Here in Honduras we got the same trouble.
They told us that we have to paid about 75$.

I heard there's a lot of bureaucracy around "free stuff" in Israel, i guess 
they just can't believe there's such a thing... but i can try anyway (if 
they'll ask me about it again).

South African loco had the same issue. I got a call they wanted me to

pay something outragous and I simply said the CD's were free and not

for re-sale and they sent me a form declaring I wasn't an importer and

the fees magically went away :)



Not sure if this is relevant in your country as well.
