Hi all! Is your LoCo Team is doing great things? (of course it is!) Are you or your LoCo team members blogging about the awesomeness? (if not start, remember LoCo Teams Rock!!) Remember to let the UWN Staff know all about it. While we do our best to gather the LoCo information that is sent to the LoCo-Contacts Mailing list and Planet Ubuntu I am aware that there are items we have missed. So here's how you and your team can help us get the word out about all the great things all the LoCo teams are doing - :-D.
There are several ways you can get the information to the UWN Staff: 1) Email the mailing list: [email protected] 2) Add suggestions to the IDEAS wiki: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuWeeklyNewsletter/Ideas 3) #ubuntu-news IRC Channel - you can post your suggestion there Please include the following: 1) Title of the Post/Article 2) Link to the Article 3) Please make sure the Post/Article is within the week that is being reported on 4) Summary of Article (optional but very helpful) Thank you so much for sharing this with your teams, by doing so you are helping the UWN to become more effective in our goal to share LoCo News with the Community! We are always looking for people who want to help with the newsletter and in this cycle were are adding some new content, so if you think helping to produce the Ubuntu Weekly Newsletter would be something you or someone on your team might enjoy please email me or find me on IRC (akgraner) and lets see what you can help work on. Thank you so much, ~Amber -- Amber Graner//akgraner// http://akgraner.com/ http://www.ubuntu-user.com/Online/Blogs/Amber-Graner-You-in-Ubuntu Just me Amber. There are lots of Linux users who don't care how the kernel works, but only want to use it. That is a tribute to how good Linux is.
