This does not answer the question that was asked of you. You're blaming your tool for its handling of emails. Completely irrelevant to what was asked of you.
The question to you was "are you suggesting that the digest subscribers and non-subscribers are not allowed to participate on this mailing list?" I'm reiterating this as I'm curious for the answer as well.
