Hi, good question.
Well, we give the official CD to those who ask them, in Paris or at our events. The users taking them give them to their school, work, or other people. The server edition is usualy given to people who came to the ubuntu server workwhop we do.
Why we don't ship them? Because the users in France know we have them, but they also know we produce a French edition and only ask for this one. For the events, groups, guls, ... we ship this french edition to a realy low price in France and in the world. And if a group really can't afford the cost we try our best to help.
