Daniel, This response is good to hear, but does not answer the question that was asked by the member. Where in the Ubuntu terms and conditions does it provide for non-visible email addresses to be supplied to a third party? Going to https://launchpad.net/~ubuntumembers does not provide any email information unless you are logged in. If it was a Canonical thing or not, both you and Jono (and presumably the person who sent the email with his content) are Canonical employees and you are the ones who provided the email addresses to the third parties from what can be told by the announcements. I'll take your word that the service was used in the past without complaint.
