This mailing list is mostly for communication with LoCo Contacts you
might get help much quicker by e-mailing the LoCo Council directly
there contact information is here https://wiki.ubuntu.com/LoCoCouncil
and they should be able to ensure the changes needed are made
for your LoCo.
