Hi LoCo leaders, As part of today's UDS schedule we've prepared a session about growing the app development community. Traditionally app development advocacy has not been an area of focus of many LoCo teams, but I believe with the momentum of the phone/tablet announcements and the Ubuntu SDK, there is a great opportunity for LoCo teams to get involved.
The session is today at 18:15 UTC, and with your expertise in running successful LoCos your participation would be extremely helpful. Here's how to join. you can just go to: http://summit.ubuntu.com/uds-1303/meeting/21615/appdev-1303-app-development-community-growth/ If you click on the "Blueprint" link on the top left hand side, you can mark your participation as essential, which will give you a link to join within the hangout. Otherwise, you can just ping me on IRC and I'll give you the link. If you cannot participate live, feel free to add your thoughts and discussion points to the agenda, either directly on the Pad for the session or on the blueprint's whiteboard (you can use the "Blueprint" link on the top left hand side). Hope to see you there, and thanks! Cheers, David. -- David Planella Ubuntu App Development Liaison http://gplus.to/dplanella / @dplanella www.ubuntu.com / www.davidplanella.org
