All, I'm adding on one more thing about webrtc and this is from paultag. He said that chatb.org can be used to conduct meetings. He said that http://chatb.org/#ubuntu-ca is valid and can linked everywhere. The problem is if you need streaming and recording/logging you need to set that up.
