Bug description:
For every TeamEvent it possible to follow as Attendee. In the DB, there's a
list with Attendees for every TeamEvent. Should a Attendee be logged in to
register to a Event or not?
If a Attendee should register:
+ every attendee can only be once in the list
+ no spam possible
- everybody who wants to follow needs a account
