I'm not sure I understand what the problem is. The LoCo Directory
invites you to choose more than one country particularly for the reason
that some teams span multiple countries.

I wanted to edit one field on my locoteam but the form force me to choose one
or more countries.
Ubuntu-fr stands for "Ubuntu francophone" and not "Ubuntu France".
