I like the Launchpad disappearance. I like the merge of the owner and admins.
I think the link to the Launchpad Page could be placed on the top submenu, it have the same importance as the Join this Team link. It's strange to have a title who point to an external site. I think also the local support should have an icon, it's only yes or no and we use a line to say that.
