Bug description:
My bad: I created a venue that already existed. The system allowed me to enter
a second one, because my address was more explicit than the original -- "City,
ST" vs. "City" for city field, and "Street address, City, ST zip" vs. "Street
address" for the address field.
The venue(s) in question are "Taste of India" in Washington DC:

(The second has the more explicit address.)
