loco directory includes the light-django-theme in a subfolder called ubuntu_website and it is in here that the problem lies thus fixing it in light-django-theme fixes it in loco directory, just needs a deployment of that theme to the loco directory to fix it but that isn't in the bzr branch of loco-directory itself.
