Seems great to me.

Perhap's we should discuss the titles of the links. "LoCo" for exemple
is not comprehensible by all visitors. "Help" can be a source of
confusion (help on the site where we are or help on ubuntu). "Wiki" can
be interpreted as a documentation wiki, like wikipedia.

Title:
Add a global menu for all the community webapps

Status in LoCo Directory:
  New
Status in Ubuntu Website Product:
  New

Bug description:
It's really difficult sometimes to find the right information because
everything is on various web applications. It would be great to have a top menu
to jump to some of the most usefull sites.
The usefull sites can be for example:
- planet.ubuntu.com
- fridge.ubuntu.com
- loco.ubuntu.com
- documentation (the page on the ubuntu.com)
- support (the page on the ubuntu.com)
