We currently don't support non LoCo Teams using LoCo Directory for team meetings.. The "French Documentation Team" is not a LoCo Team. It was discussed during development about allowing non-team members to add agenda items and it was determined through discussion between the devs and members of the LC, as well as input from other members in #ubuntu- locoteams that if a non-team member wanted to add an agenda item, that person would need to contact someone on the team to add the agenda item for them.
