I like Chris's idea, We could just pop up the launchpad contact form like https://launchpad.net/[user_name]/+contactuser<https://launchpad.net/%5Buser_name%5D/+contactuser>page (replace username with launchpad id), but mind that it exposes the email of the person who's contacting..
