RSS event feeds seemto publish the time of an event in UTC, not the
local team timezone.

Here is an example:
http://loco.ubuntu.com/events/team/1023/detail/
(event is at noon EDT)

http://loco.ubuntu.com/events/team/ubuntu-qc/rss/
(event shows up at UTC time in RSS feed)
