LD fails to support virtual events

Bug description:
The LD fails to support virtual events. Since my last bug was marked
invalid ( not being able to mark a venue as virtual, or providing a
country to "shim" the internet ), I figured I'd file the correct
issue.
The LD should be able to support both physical and virtual events.
