The /teams/ page should include sub-nav items for "By Continent", "By
Language" (once that features is added) and "By Approval" or "By Status"
for this view.

Bug description:
From the LC point it would be nice either publicly or privately to
sort teams according to the approved or UNapproved status so I can see
at glance which teams to check up on or talk to in case they need help
in getting approved.
