In case you missed the good news. You can now consider log4cxx as out of incubation.

I'll update the STATUS file and the incubator site. On your side,
please update Logging Services project and log4cxx sites
accordingly. Please shout if you need help with updating the Logging
Services or log4cx sites.

Reservations, yes, but not strong enough to block graduation.  The Logging
PMC will be responsible for maintaining the code, and I just hope that you
can continue to grow the community.

It appears that there are sufficient positive votes and no negative ones, so
I believe that we can consider it transfered to the Logging PMC.  Please
update the STATUS file and web site accordingly.
