Changes to compile log4cxx with Xcode for C++11 project

I (think I) got this to work, including a custom appender to log to Apple 
System Log. Some of the changes look like they should happen everywhere for 
C++11 compliance. Is the project being maintained actively? With whom should I 
discuss the patches?
