I think SVN access for the incubation space depends upon this ticket. I've been able to access the committers space described at http://www.apache.org/dev/committers.html#committers-module using my new login/password. I did not have luck accessing JIRA either. I'm unsure if we should create an account and have it blessed in some fashion, or if I'm just doing something wrong... Please let me know if you figure this out. - Rhys
