Success. I added a <developers> section to the XML and added an entry
following the examples from
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/maven/pom/trunk/maven/pom.xml.
You'll probably want to add yourself Christian.
Actually I have not done much with log4cxx due to lack of Cxx skills.
I might help with a few commits on website, build etc, but leave the
main work
to you Cxx gurus :)

No, its fine. Except of Curt (carnold) I even never heard of the other
guys,
so it's really history. If they come back, they can change the state
themselves
as they still have write access.
