Compile issues on solaris 2.8

Hi,

I am running into the following compile error on solaris 2.8 with gcc
2.95.2.

       [cc] In file included from
/home/nananta/solaris/log4cxx/logging-log4cxx/

/home/nananta/solaris/log4cxx/logging-log4cxx/

/home/nananta/solaris/log4cxx/logging-log4cxx/include/log4cxx/helper
s/simpledateformat.h:22: locale: No such file or directory

It looks like gcc is unable to find the "<local>" header.  Any ideas on how
to get around this?
