Okay, I would have called them tarballs and not jars. In just the
last few days, apr-1.2.9 and apr-util 1.2.9 have been placed in the
SVN and the code that attempted to download them from mirrors have
been removed. Haven't done that on cppunit since it isn't ASF or
Apache Licensed, but hope to find a better solution for that too.
You should be able to build log4cxx successfully without cppunit. It
isn't essential to run the unit tests.
