Bug Database

[Paul Glezen]

Mathias brings up something I've been wondering about.  Should we be
monitoring the bug database like we do the mailing lists?  I noticed that a
login is needed for some aspects of bugzilla.  I suppose the login should
be a separate thing from a committer user id.
