Feature & API freeze

Hello,

In order to release log4j 1.1, I propose to freeze the log4j API. That means no API 
changes, no new features, just bug fixes.  For example, the change of the LoggingEvent 
constructor is an API change that should be avoided for 1.1 release, 1.2 is a 
different matter of course. Regards, Ceki
