I think JGuru is one of the best resources for java development.
+1, BUT: IMO the FAQ may not be under any proprietary copyright or ownership, we must
+be able to move/copy the faq elsewhere if we want to.
I am willing to spend 1-3 hours a week to answer questions i can answer :).
