Greetings,
I would like to nominate Chris Taylor as a new log4j committer. He has made several
important contributions in the past, for example the DOMConfigurator and the
NTEventLogAppender are his work.
According to Apache rules, 3 positive (+1) votes and no negative (-1) votes are
necessary to accept a committer after his/her nomination. Nevertheless, all log4j
committers are expected to vote.
