Although I totally share your point of view, we (the ASF) take licensing issues
very seriously. Also it would be inappropriate for me to remove the license
that you put there replacing it with a different one. Only you, as the 
author and copyright
holder, are allowed to do that. Thank you for your understanding, Ceki
