Not much. Just some changes and helper methods in the base class. I have
been focusing on making the base class as useful and functional as possible
for those that need to write their own reconfigurator.

I will start with a small "tour" message tonight to familiarize folks with
the premise and basic design for review. Once satisfied, we can move on and
start checking code into cvs. I really do want feedback. I consider this
as much of a learning experience as a chance to do something really cool for
log4j.

Yes, the ability to load/configure/run reconfigurators from a configuration
file is a goal. I had placed it on the back burner because I wanted to get
the design right. That and there are some issues of when the existing
configurator(s) get started and stopped during configuration, how many
reconfigurators are allowed, is there a manager class to manage them, etc.
We should dig into this area during the review.

Regarding JMX, I think that using it to provide some control over the
reconfigurators is a good idea. Please keep this in mind during the review
and let me know what needs to be done to support it.

I'll post again later tonight.

thanks,
-Mark
