http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=14935 Logger.getLogger() Summary: Logger.getLogger() Product: Log4j Version: 1.2 Platform: All OS/Version: All Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: Other Component: Other AssignedTo: [EMAIL PROTECTED] ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sorry I did not find the correct place for feature request, so I put this here. I would like to have a static method in the org.apache.log4j.Logger class called getLogger() that takes no parameter. The Logger returned by the method should use the fully qualified class name of the caller. For none static methods there is a workaround to call Logger.getLogger(this.getClass), but I can't do that within static methods -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> For additional commands, e-mail: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
