  RollingCalendar 
rollingCalendar = 
     new RollingCalendar(gmtTimeZone, Locale.ENGLISH);

  should be

  
RollingCalendar rollingCalendar = 
     new RollingCalendar(gmtTimeZone, 
Locale.getDefault());
, because in germany the week starts at monday ;O)^
