:-) Hey, I write source code based on optimizing what exact byte codes will be generated by javac/jit. I compare the output of the class files to what I think it should be. Get me a socket implant! Hah! Working in one's own little box, one sometimes forgets that there is a (much) bigger world out there, and that one is drawing on benefits, in blissful ignorance, of that larger place. The number of projects gump is tracking is amazing. Even non-apache/jakarta projects. Have I said lately how much I appreciate being a part of apache/jakarta and that this place exists? Well, I do. Open source has really changed the development landscape compared to when I started in computers. I don't think I could have imagined some of the projects/tools that get created today by self-organizing groups of interested people. It is so cool. <ahem> OK, back to coding... -Mark -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> For additional commands, e-mail: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
