There as a move to create an apache-wide wiki site, and wiki pages have been created for all apache/jakarta projects. I took the liberty of creating a basic page for log4j. It can be found at:
http://nagoya.apache.org/wiki/apachewiki.cgi?JProjectPages For some reason the pages are listed as "JProjectPages" instead of "Log4JProjectPages", but you get the idea.
