If some guru log4j user/developer has a smidgen of time, could they give me the me the low down on MDC & NDC in 40 words or less?
Currently the only class that seems to use the MDC.get() & put() methods is a stress testing class. Clearly MDC/NDC seem to be useful, and I think I kinda have a feel for the ThreadLocal-voodoo-magic-stuff, but which classes actually populate the information?
