As you already noted, it is still under development by Raymond DeCampo.
Given the various past discussions about jdbc support, I think it is more
appropriate for it to brew a bit longer in the sandbox.  So, yes, go ahead
an move it back.  I'll do it tonight if you do not have a chance.

BTW, I have asked Raymond if he is interested in being a committer for the
sandbox.  I was waiting to hear his reply  before opening the vote.  No
point in going through it if he is not interested.  I hope he is.
