[Gump] build Failure - caused by changes to chainsaw

This is different than the test failing problem.

Buildfile: build.xml
Caught exception (org.apache.tools.ant.BuildException) while expanding 
site2.classpath: /tmp/gump/jakarta-log4j/${jakarta-site2}/lib not found.

                        package org.apache.oro.text.regex does not exist
   [javac] import org.apache.oro.text.regex.MalformedPatternException;

  I've been wrestling with getting struts to compile under gump and
  hopefully i've fixed it. But I am not sure since log4j isn't compiling
  under gump.
