The file (log4j.xml) is in classpath. We tried replacing the log4j.xml with log4j.properties in the same folder and it is working fine. Also, log4j.xml is loading properly when I pass the VM argument "-Dlog4j.configuration=log4j.xml" to the program where the Log4j is used.
