ApacheCon will not be the first time that domains is discussed, and the
other items like Chainsaw, Plugins, Receivers, Watchdogs, etc have all been
discussed here and on the user list at various points.  Nothing is being
"covered up".  ApacheCon is a convienent vehicle for organizing thoughts and
descriptions.
