They're probably generated by the javah tool included in the JDK.

Subject: URGENT: NTEventLogAppender.dll
Date: Wed, 24 Mar 2004 11:07:33 -0700

Hi!

We're building a customized NTEventLogAppender.dll and I need the
following two header files. Any idea where I can find them?

#include "org_apache_log4j_Priority.h"
#include "org_apache_log4j_nt_NTEventLogAppender.h"

Thanks in advance for a prompt reply as we are up against a deadline.
