http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=27438 JDBCAppender doesn't release connection in case of failure ------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2004-03-30 03:12 ------- Please try the PreparedStatementAppender in the log4j-sandbox (available via Apache's CVS server). The PreparedStatementAppender allows you to control how the connections are obtained via the ConnectionSource interface. Furthermore, it does not cache connections but allows you to install whatever caching mechanism is appropriate for your environment. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
