I definitely find it valuable to have coverage reports when writing new unit 
tests and to find out what 
code is not effectively tested.  Unless someone attempts to run "ant 
coverageReport" (providing I didn't 
mess the tests/build.xml file up), they should not be aware of it.

I refined the haltonerror tweaking to only cover PatternLayoutTest.  clover.jar 
should be placed in the 
test/lib directory in addition to being placed on the classpath since that will 
allow the SocketServer 
tests to pass.  I've hopefully explained this in the message that will appear 
if you attempt to build 
"coverageReport" without clover.jar on your classpath.
