This question is not appropriate for log4j-dev as it does not pertain to either log4j or development. The log4cxx-user list would be the appropriate forum. Please also avoid HTML and images as it makes your email difficult to read.
ErrorHandler's have been removed from log4j and are likely to be removed from log4cxx since they have been problematic. You might check the appropriate log4cxx mailing list archives for previous discussions on ErrorHandler's, however I can't offer you much encouragement.
